Industry
We grew up around the trades.
We know what the people running these businesses deserve, and we know the rest of the software industry has been giving them less. Building the version they deserve is real engineering work, and real engineering work doesn't have spare attention for relitigating what a word means every meeting. So we did what Disney did with park pricing: lock complexity into the product, where it belongs, and engineer it out of everywhere else, written down up front so we're never talking apples and oranges.
