Product Catalog

Products that know exactly who they’re for.

Every product we ship is built for one specific role on your team, and priced on the minutes it hands back per run, not the seat it sits in.

How it works

The model behind every product
we ship.

Four ideas show up in every product in the catalog, and keep the value math honest. You don't need to understand them to use a product. But they're why every one activates in under 24 hours and ships with a guarantee.

01

One person.

Every product is built for one specific role, your CSR, your dispatcher, your AP specialist. Not the company, not the department. A person with a title and a day we know well enough to improve.

02

One entity.

Every product processes one concrete unit of work, a call, a job, an invoice, an estimate. The entity is what we measure, what we price, and what the customer counts on. Fuzzy entity, fuzzy product.

03

Capacity returned.

Value is measured in minutes handed back to that specific person, per entity processed. Conservative math, calculated at a standard burden rate. If we can't prove the minutes, we don't ship the product.

04

The 10:1 floor.

You never pay more than $0.10 for every $1.00 of value we return. That's the floor, not the pitch, and we price conservatively on purpose so the math is never the thing you have to think about.

They stack

One call.
Four people.
Four returns.

Products don’t work in silos. A single call runs through your shop and multiple roles get something back from it , the CSR gets drafted notes, the dispatcher gets context, the service manager hears about a problem the same afternoon it happens. Same call. Different products. Different people. Each one priced on what it gave back to that specific person, not on what the call cost your business. That’s how small wins compound, and why the catalog keeps growing.
