What it does

A dashboard listing chem-usage captures whose pricing landed in a review state, with row-level accept, edit, reject, and bulk-accept actions

Chem pricing decisions that need a human land in rows. Each row shows the source form, the chems pulled out of it, the price the pricing engine reached, the flag or flags that routed it here (new-customer-grace, anomalous-quantity, unknown-chem-mapping, and others), and the proposed line items. Accept, accept-with-edits, and reject (with reason) live inline on every row, and the full audit chain opens in place so an AR specialist can read why the decision flagged before acting on it. Bulk-accept runs across selected rows when a batch is clearly clean.

When you’d reach for it

  • A pest control company runs the morning queue through one screen, accepting clean captures and editing the few where the field tech wrote a chem name the mapping didn't catch.
  • An AR specialist at a multi-location lawn care operation reviews unknown-chem-mapping flags in a batch each Friday so the catalog stays current with what crews are actually using.
  • A controller at a commercial cleaning company spot-checks pricing-source-rev-changed rows after a contracted rate sheet update, confirming the new math landed where it should.
