Returns recorded weather conditions for a location on a past date
Retrieves actual weather data for any date going back to January 1979 for a given coordinate. Returns temperature, precipitation, wind, humidity, and conditions as recorded at that time. Useful for documentation, dispute resolution, or any workflow that needs to know what the weather actually was on a specific day.
