What it does
Applies structured tags to an image from a defined tag set
The caller defines the tag set and what each tag means. The tool looks at the image and returns every tag that applies, with a confidence score per tag. It does not describe the image in freeform. It maps the image to a known vocabulary. The output is a typed label set shaped to store, filter, or route on.
