What it does

Reads a support ticket and returns category, severity, affected product, and a suggested KB match

Accepts a support ticket and the category, severity, and product taxonomies, and returns a structured triage record with each field populated and a candidate knowledge base article surfaced. The tool classifies and routes; it does not resolve the ticket. Taxonomies are configurable per deployment.
