Finds the zoning designation and allowed uses for a property address
Takes a property address and searches public zoning records and municipal GIS sites for the current classification. Returns the zoning code, a written description of allowed uses, and any restrictions that apply (setbacks, height, use limits) where the source surfaces them. Useful early in project planning when the permitted use of a site is still an open question.
