Knowledge Check

Every week, Knowledge Check sends a 10-question quiz to your apprentices automatically, so the Field Supervisor never has to build one by hand again. The questions come from a built-in trade question bank, get picked by the supervisor, or both. Apprentices get a link by text or email and answer from their phone, with no app to download. When they finish, the Field Supervisor sees the score and exactly which questions they got wrong. The supervisor gets the gaps without assembling, sending, or grading anything, and walks into every coaching conversation already knowing where to start.

    The week's questions are selected

    Each week, 10 questions are pulled from the trade question bank automatically, hand-picked by the Field Supervisor, or a combination of both, depending on how the company set it up.

    The quiz goes to the apprentices

    Each assigned apprentice gets their quiz by text or email on the configured send day. It opens as a link and works on any device, with no app to download.

  3. 03

    Apprentices answer on their own time

    The apprentice works through the 10 questions at their own pace inside the completion window and submits when they are done. The answers write back automatically.

    Results land for the Field Supervisor

    On submission, the Field Supervisor sees the score and a question-by-question breakdown: which questions were right, which were missed, and the correct answers. Every apprentice's results are in one place.

    Trends build over time

    As quizzes accumulate, the Field Supervisor can see how each apprentice is progressing week over week, where scores are improving and where the same questions keep getting missed.
