Stands for the dispatch manager's huddle. Notes the truck nine reroute — her board picks up two of the PMs, the diagnostic goes to truck six. Writes the rule on the sticky note on her monitor: no inside-thirty-minute drive bookings without checking.

Confirms and routes

Works the call queue. Confirms the morning's first-stop appointments by text and voice, dispatches the two no-heats to the closest qualified techs — checks the EPA cert flag on the heat pump call before she sends it, the way she didn't yesterday.

First reschedule

Customer calls — kid woke up sick, can't do the ten o'clock window. Pulls the tech's day, finds a two o'clock opening on the same truck, calls the customer back inside three minutes. Updates the job notes so the tech sees the context, not just the time change.

About to assign a commercial RTU diagnostic to truck eleven; pauses, checks the skill matrix flag — truck eleven is residential-only. Reroutes to truck two. Two minutes she would have lost to a callback if she'd dispatched it.

Five minutes with the afternoon dispatcher. Walks the truck three compressor day, the membership add, the proactive window-slip call. Hands off the two unanswered confirmations and the one customer who asked for an evening callback.
